ルーマニア社会主義共和国、国家保安部（セキュリターテ）将官用制帽です。
1990年まで使用された陸軍の制帽と同様のデザインですが、バンドと帽章の
台地、パイピングは旧ソ連のKGB同様に青色になっています。帽章の中央には
ルーマニアの国土を象徴する自然（太陽、森林と山）が描かれたバッジ、周り
にはオーク葉の刺繍が施されています。また、鍔には２列のオーク葉の刺繍が
施されています。
The cap for Department of State Security
(Departamentul Securitatii Statului
) General of Socialist Republic of Romania.
The Department of State Security
was called Securitate generally as secret
police force of Socialist Republic of
Romania. The cap is a same design with the
cap for Army General worn by
1990 but cap band, base for cap emblem and
piping around cap crown are
colored royal blue same as USSR's KGB. The
cap insignia is attached on the
center of cap emblem which is drawn nature
of Romania ( Sun, Forest and
mountain ) then embroidery of oak leaves
are given around cap insignia.
Cap visor has also two rows embroidery of
oak leaves.
